There’s always a reason not to make time to entertain: my space isn’t perfectly decorated, everyone’s too busy, etc…But sometimes you just have to do it despite all of the minor hiccups that life brings. Recently, I had a little happy hour in my tiny apartment and made a first attempt at making champagne sangria with some dear friends (it was good, I’ll make it again!). All you need is conversation, drinks, and snacks to have a fun celebration. I prefer snacks of the chip variety. You probably don’t need the reminder that there are a variety of snack options available these days but I had Food Should Taste Good Chips on hand among others that my friends brought. After a while all of the other excuses that seemed like such a big deal really didn’t seem that major.
This post is brought to you in partnership with Food Should Taste Good. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
